Are you seeing new patients?

Yes, we are accepting new patients.

How soon can I be seen?
Scheduling varies according to provider schedules. Please contact our clinic for an appointment.

What are the posted office hours?
Our office hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday.
Phones are answered during office hours, with an Answering Service available after hours.
Where do I park?
Free patient parking is located behind the PCC. This lot may be accessed from Montgomery Street or from Clifton Street.
What are the accepted methods of payment?
We accept cash, checks, and Visa/Mastercard.
What insurance is accepted?
We participate with most HMO, PPO, and commercial insurance programs. We accept Medicaid, Medicare, and Tricare assignments.
Please refer to your individual insurance company to check for provider eligibility.
Does the clinic or the patient file the insurance claim?
As a courtesy, we file claims on your behalf.
What kind of clothing should I wear to my appointment?
Wear loose, comfortable clothing for treatment.

What is your policy for releasing records?
All medical records are property of the clinic. If medical records need to be released, we will ask you to sign a written request for these records to be copied and mailed to a requested party.
