Regalia should be ordered through Herff Jones no later than March 24th. After this date, the site will be closed and you must contact a representative directly and will be assessed a late charge. When ordering, be sure to click on University of North Texas Health Science Center and then follow the prompts. You will need to pay by credit/debit card.
Announcements, Rings, Diploma Frames
Class rings, announcements and diploma frames are available through Herff Jones. A portion of the proceeds comes back to UNTHSC to help support Student Scholarships.
Cap and Gown Pick-Up
Faculty regalia will be distributed to individual offices the week of May 6th.
Graduate regalia will be available for pick-up 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday, May 13th through Wednesday, May 14th. If you are unable to come during the scheduled time, please send a representative. Gowns will not be available for pick-up on Friday. All gowns MUST be returned immediately following the ceremony. Please plan to take photos before your designated start time.
Graduates are responsible for bringing their regalia, including cap, gown, and hood. Extra caps, tassles, gowns and hoods will not be available at the ceremony site.
Professional attire is required. Shorts, sandals and low cut or short dresses are not appropriate. Decoration of caps is not permitted. Please be respectful of the importance of the ceremony and remember, this is family-friendly event.
Graduates should arrive 30 minutes before their school's ceremony.
Please come fully robed and prepared to listen to instructions.
Do not bring any personal items with you (ie. cell phones, purses). There will be no area for those items to be left. UNTHSC will not be responsible for any lost/stolen items.
Under NO circumstance are food, drinks, balloons, confetti, silly string, glitter, or any spray materials allowed in the auditorium. This violates our contact with the venue and those involved will be subject to penalty.
The doors to auditorium will open 30 minutes before the ceremony start time. Please be aware that there are multiple ceremonies that day and staff will need time between each ceremony to clean and prepare for the next. Please inform your guests not to arrive any earlier as they will be required to wait outside.

The parking at Will Rogers Memorial Auditorium is managed through Standard Parking. Guests are encouraged to purchase their parking passes prior to the ceremony date. Those passes can be purchased at the following link: http://culturaldistrictparking.com/.
Rates vary from $8 - $15 per day depending on event schedule. Once the rate is confirmed, that information will be posted on the website.
Handicap parking is available throughout the complex. Parking rates apply to all vehicles.

No tickets will be necessary for entry into this event. Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Handicap seating is available.
