SPH Fall 2013 International Orientation: August 12th, 2013. 

SPH Fall 2013 New Student Orientation: August 13th, 2013.  Agenda coming soon. 

**International students are required to attend both days of orientation.  Information on International Student Orientation can be found HERE.

Registration

Please attend the School of Public Health Academic Advising & Registration Session (SPHAAR) to register for your courses. 

You will need your EUID to register for classes. Your EUID is the login required to access the UNTHSC student information system, and was emailed to you during the admissions process.

Immunization Requirements

Immunization requirements for ALL UNTHSC students can be found here. Addtionally, Tuberculosis Testing (PPD) is provided annually through the Student Health Clinic Personnel.

Here are the scheduled dates for SPH Summer 2013 New Students:

Tuberculosis Testing:

Tuesday, June 4th, EAD Atrium, 12:00-1:00 pm

Tuberculosis Test Reading:

Thursday, June 6th, EAD Atrium, 12:00-1:00 pm

All new students should plan to participate in both days.
