Institutional Policy & Notification Requirements

  • As of November 21, 1996, an institution is no longer required to have a written institutional policy.

  • The benefit of having a policy is that we have guidelines to follow.

    • UNTHSC has a written policy in the Student Policy Handbook.

  • UNTHSC notifies students of their rights under FERPA on the Registrar's FERPA Information website, the Student Policy Handbook, and the UNTHSC Catalog.
