Team Lose It!
Team Lose It! is a program that will incorporate exercise, nutrition and accountability to ensure your weight loss success. If you have struggled with weight loss, regained weight that had been lost previously or just feel completely lost when it comes to reaching your weight loss goals, this program is for you.
Team Lose It! requires an application and only 5 applicants will be selected. The program will begin with a meeting and workouts will begin the following week, every Monday and Wednesday, 1-1:45pm for 12 weeks. Attendance is mandatory and exercise outside of the group workouts will be required for success. Participants must have a BMI of 32+ and must demonstrate a desire and commitment to their health in their application essay.
While this program demands a high level of commitment, you will be part of a fitness family that will make the commitment easy and fun. Before you know it, you will begin to look forward to exercise and enjoy fueling your body with healthy foods. Many of our participants have seen continued weight loss after the end of the program and now participate in other FAC programs. We hope that you will make the decision to join our team and lose weight for good!
