Team Lose It!

Team Lose It! is a program that will incorporate exercise, nutrition and accountability to ensure your weight loss success. If you have struggled with weight loss, regained weight that had been lost previously or just feel completely lost when it comes to reaching your weight loss goals, this program is for you.

Team Lose It! requires an application and only 5 applicants will be selected. The program will begin with a Friday meeting and workouts will begin the following week, every Tuesday and Thursday, 1-1:45pm for 8 weeks. Attendance is mandatory and exercise outside of the group workouts will be required for success. Participants must have a BMI of 32+ and must demonstrate a desire and commitment to their health in their application essay.

While this program demands a high level of commitment, you will be part of a fitness family that will make the commitment easy and fun. Before you know it, you will begin to look forward to exercise and enjoy fueling your body with healthy foods. Many of our participants have seen continued weight loss after the end of the program and now participate in other FAC programs. We hope that you will make the decision to join our team and lose weight for good!

Upcoming Sessions

The next Team Lose It will begin with a meeting on Friday, March 27th at 1:00pm.  Workout sessions will be Tuesdays and Thursdays, 1:00-1:45pm, March 31st through May 21st.

To apply for the Team Lose It! program, please contact Chelsea Barron at for an application. Applications are due no later that 5:00pm on Thursday, March 19th. Acceptance will be announced by 5:00pm on Monday, March 24th.
