Group Exercise Schedule

*No one under the age of 16 is allowed in the Founders' Activity Center under any circumstances (Includes use of outdoor basketball court)*

Class Descriptions

Morning S.E.T. (Strength Endurance Training)

If you’re looking to improve your strength, get more comfortable in the weight room and make changes in your physique, this class is right for you. If you’ve ever considered personal training but it didn’t quite fit into your budget, this class is a great way to reap the benefits of personal training at a much lower cost! Start your day off right with Morning S.E.T. to ignite your metabolism and get the results you want!

Workouts will be held in the weight room, incorporating free weight exercises and cardio intervals to maximize your time in the gym. Class size will be limited to only 8 people so that each participant can receive plenty of attention and feedback from the trainer. The cost for the class is $60 for four weeks (8 workouts). The next session will begin August 18th and registration opens August 4th.

Boot Camp

A class that will transform your physique and your performance. Boot camp combines strength training, speed and agility drills, fitness games and more. It's catered to all levels, so you get a challenge no matter your current fitness level. This class is a seasonal, fee based class and requires registration. The next session will begin in September. An action-packed workout that combines a series of punching and kicking combinations. This class improves strength, muscle tone and endurance. An intense workout for the participant who wants a challenge.


This class combines core and leg strength training exercises with cardio intervals to torch calories while you tone and tighten your lower body and torso!


A unique combination of Pilates, Yoga, strength conditioning, flexibility and dynamic balance. Learn movements that elongate muscles, strengthen the core, release tension and improve posture.


Inspired by traditional cumbia, salsa, samba and merengue music, Zumba is a combination of Latin rhythms and red-hot international dance steps. Zumba is Spanish slang for "to move fast and have fun." The goal is simple: work out, love working out, get hooked and have fun.
