Group Exercise Schedule

*Must be FAC member to participate in any group exercise class*

*No one under the age of 16 is allowed in the Founders' Activity Center under any circumstances (Includes use of outdoor basketball court)*

While we make every effort to avoid class substitutions and cancellations, please note that all class formats and times are subject to change without notice based on instructor availability.

Upcoming Class Substitutions/Cancellations/Room Reservations

Room Reservation: The group exercise room will be reserved for a private activity on Thursday, April 10th from 2pm-3pm.



The FAC group exercise room may be blocked without notice for Office of Health Promotion programming.

January 6th - May 30th

 During group exercise classes, only participants are to be in the room.

**This class is limited to 12 participants and you must present a class pass to instructor at the start of class. Passes can be obtained in person at the front desk up to 15 minutes prior to class start time. One pass per person and passes cannot be picked up for another person**

Class Descriptions

Boot Camp

A class that will transform your physique and your performance. Boot camp combines strength training, speed and agility drills, fitness games and more. It's catered to all levels, so you get a challenge no matter your current fitness level. This class is a seasonal, fee based class and requires registration. Kick Some/TurboKick

An action-packed workout that combines a series of punching and kicking combinations. This class improves strength, muscle tone and endurance. An intense workout for the participant who wants a challenge.

ABC's

This class combines core and leg strength training exercises with cardio intervals to torch calories while you tone and tighten your lower body and torso!

PiYo

A unique combination of Pilates, Yoga, strength conditioning, flexibility and dynamic balance. Learn movements that elongate muscles, strengthen the core, release tension and improve posture.

Sculpt

Featuring barbells, dumbbells, plyometrics, body weight strength exercises and cardio intervals, this class will improve strength and give you that toned physique you desire! **This class is limited to 12 participants and you must present a class pass to instructor at the start of class. Interval Xpress

A high intensity interval training class meant to burn maximum calories in a minimum amount of time! This class will involve primarily body weight exercises, including lots of plyometrics and compound movements to torch calories FAST!

Ab Xpress

15 minutes of abdominal burning fury - No further explanation needed!

Zumba

Inspired by traditional cumbia, salsa, samba and merengue music, Zumba is a combination of Latin rhythms and red-hot international dance steps. Zumba is Spanish slang for "to move fast and have fun." The goal is simple: work out, love working out, get hooked and have fun.
