Group Exercise Schedule

*Must be FAC member to participate in any group exercise class*

*No one under the age of 16 is allowed in the Founders' Activity Center under any circumstances (Includes use of outdoor basketball court)*

While we make every effort to avoid class substitutions and cancellations, please note that all class formats and times are subject to change without notice based on instructor availability.

Week of Thanksgiving:

Monday, November 24th - TurboKick 12:15-12:45pm

Tuesday, November 25th - PiYo 12:15-12:45pm

Wednesday: NO CLASS

The FAC group exercise room may be blocked without notice for Office of Health Promotion programming.

During group exercise classes, only participants are to be in the room.

Classes highlighted in green are limited to 12 participants and you must present a class pass to instructor at the start of class. Passes can be obtained in person at the front desk up to 15 minutes prior to class start time. One pass per person and passes cannot be picked up for another person.

Class Descriptions


This class combines core and leg strength training exercises with cardio intervals to torch calories while you tone and tighten your lower body and torso!


A unique combination of Pilates, Yoga, strength conditioning, flexibility and dynamic balance. Learn movements that elongate muscles, strengthen the core, release tension and improve posture.


Inspired by traditional cumbia, salsa, samba and merengue music, Zumba is a combination of Latin rhythms and red-hot international dance steps. Zumba is Spanish slang for "to move fast and have fun." The goal is simple: work out, love working out, get hooked and have fun.
