*No one under the age of 16 is allowed in the Founders' Activity Center under any circumstances (Includes use of outdoor basketball court)*

**This class is limited to 12 participants and you must present a class pass to instructor at the start of class. Passes can be obtained in person at the front desk up to 15 minutes prior to class start time. One pass per person and passes cannot be picked up for another person**

Class Descriptions

Morning S.E.T. (Strength Endurance Training)

If you’re looking to improve your strength, get more comfortable in the weight room and make changes in your physique, this class is right for you. If you’ve ever considered personal training but it didn’t quite fit into your budget, this class is a great way to reap the benefits of personal training at a much lower cost! Start your day off right with Morning S.E.T. to ignite your metabolism and get the results you want!

Workouts will be held in the weight room, incorporating free weight exercises and cardio intervals to maximize your time in the gym. Class size will be limited to only 8 people so that each participant can receive plenty of attention and feedback from the trainer. The cost for the class is $60 and class times will be Mondays and Wednesdays, 6:30am-7:15am during the month of June, for a total of 8 workouts.

Boot Camp

A class that will transform your physique and your performance. Boot camp combines strength training, speed and agility drills, fitness games and more. It's catered to all levels, so you get a challenge no matter your current fitness level. This class is a seasonal, fee based class and requires registration. Bands and Bells

Bands and Bells is a class that utilizes resistance bands, dumbbells and kettlebells to create the ultimate strength building workout! You will hit every major muscle group with tons of total body movements. If you want a fast, fun, effective strength workout, come to Bands and Bells!

TurboKick

An action-packed workout that combines a series of punching and kicking combinations. This class improves strength, muscle tone and endurance. An intense workout for the participant who wants a challenge.

ABC's

This class combines core and leg strength training exercises with cardio intervals to torch calories while you tone and tighten your lower body and torso!

PiYo

A unique combination of Pilates, Yoga, strength conditioning, flexibility and dynamic balance. Learn movements that elongate muscles, strengthen the core, release tension and improve posture.

Sculpt

Featuring barbells, dumbbells, plyometrics, body weight strength exercises and cardio intervals, this class will improve strength and give you that toned physique you desire! **This class is limited to 12 participants and you must present a class pass to instructor at the start of class. Interval Xpress

A high intensity interval training class meant to burn maximum calories in a minimum amount of time! This class will involve primarily body weight exercises, including lots of plyometrics and compound movements to torch calories FAST!

Ab Xpress

15 minutes of abdominal burning fury - No further explanation needed!

Zumba

Inspired by traditional cumbia, salsa, samba and merengue music, Zumba is a combination of Latin rhythms and red-hot international dance steps. Zumba is Spanish slang for "to move fast and have fun." The goal is simple: work out, love working out, get hooked and have fun.
