FAC Boot Camp

Boot Camp classes combine intervals of cardio drills and strength exercises to provide you with the ultimate circuit workout. By using jump ropes, boxing drills, dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, fitness games and even a little healthy competition you can burn up 400-600 calories in one 45 minute workout! Expect the unexpected in these full-body Boot Camp classes, which are packed with lots of variety and tons of fun.

Start Date: Monday, September 22nd, 2014

Location: Meet in the FAC Group Exercise Room, but most classes will be held outdoors. You MUST bring your own workout mat or towel for outdoor exercise. There will be a total of 10 workouts.

Time: Mondays and Wednesdays, 5:15-6:00pm

Instructor: Rachel Cutts

Pre & Post Assessment Evaluations upon request.

Maximum number of boot campers is 16 per class time.

**Minimum number of 8 sign ups per class time.**

$30 per individual
