The UNTHSC Strategic Management System reflects a broad-based collaborative approach that involves internal and external stakeholders in the process of identifying strategic issues and developing appropriate strategic initiatives. The annual review of strategies and development of annual UNTHSC Tactical Initiatives is concurrent with annual budget preparation and approval and is followed development of annual goals and performance measures by VPs and Deans, Directors, and Chairs, culminating with annual faculty and staff evaluations in order to create institutional alignment of strategies and goals.
