The Office of Strategy and Organizational Excellence (OSOE) strives to assist academic and academic support in achieving their vision of excellence by improving their planning and performance activities. OSOE works to establish an institution-wide culture of planning and performance improvement. Major responsibilities of the Office of Strategy and Organizational Excellence include: Strategy, Organizational Performance Assessment, 1115 Medicaid Waiver Coordination, Institutional Data and Reporting, Institutional Policies, Process Improvement, Operational Assessments, Institutional Surveys, and Institutional Accreditation.
