Detectors
Forward Scatter and Side scatter detectors are photodiodes
Five photomultipliers collect the fluorescence signals at:
FL1 = 525 nm/40 (FITC, Alexa Fluor488, GFP, CFSE, Calcein, YFP, R123, Mito Green, Syto 14-18, YoPro3, Fluo4)
FL2 = 575 nm/40 (PE)
FL3 = 620 nm/20 (PE-TexasRed, Propidium Iodide PE-Alexa Flour 610)
FL4 = 675 nm/40 (Blue laser: Per-CP, Drad5 (DNA), Fura Red, 7-AAD, PE-Cy5; Red laser: APC, Cy5, Alexa Fluor 633, 647, 660 and 680, Drad5, Mito deep Red, ToPro3, ToTo3)
FL5 = 755 nm/40 (Blue laser: PE-Cy7, PE-Alexa Fluor 700; Red laser: APC-Cy7, APC-Alexa Fluor750, APC-H7)

Note: The blue laser and red laser of FC500 Flow Cytometer overlap each other. The combination of dye selection at FL4 and FL5 detectors can either be excited by blue laser or red laser
