Fall 2012
August 3, 2012 - Deadline to file Intent to Graduate form; an Intent to Defend form is required 30 days prior to the defense.
November 14, 2012 - Last recommended date to defend. After consultation with the major professor, a rough draft of the thesis/dissertation should be distributed to the advisory committee members at least one month before the final draft. The inal draft should be distributed to committee members at least two weeks prior to the defense. Committee members should return all edits to the student as soon as possible. Working through committee members at all times, the student and major professor will resolve comments arising from the rough draft and incorporate them into a final draft.
November 21, 2012 - Last day to complete all requirements for graduation and remove Incomplete grades. IMPORTANT: You must make an appointment with the Office of Admissions and Services to submit your final paper work. Call 817-735-2560 to schedule your appointment.
May 18, 2013 - GSBS Hooding Convocation and UNTHSC Commencement Excercises
