Answer:
Yes. Any FAC member is able to bring a guest with them for a $3 day use fee (exact change only; cash only). The FAC does offer a guest pass good for 3 free visits to guests before initiating the $3 guest fee. Guests are only allowed one (1) free guest pass every six (6) months.
