Answer:
To become a member, visit our Membership Forms page. Both forms on that page will need to be filled out completely and sent via campus mail to Megan S--FAC or you can hand deliver the forms to the FAC front desk. Once the forms are on file, you can begin working out!
For payment, you can either utilize the payroll deduction option, listed on the Membership Forms page, or you can pay for one (1) year in full. Most employees opt for the payroll deduction as it is more convenient and can be stopped after a minimum of three (3) months.Q: I want to add my spouse or dependent to my membership.
