Jay Leno, host of "The Tonight Show" for 22 years, will be the featured performer at "An Evening with a Legend."

Leno, recently announced as the recipient of The Kennedy Center's 2014 Mark Twain Prize for American Humor, spent more than two decades behind the most revered desk in late-night comedy.

He is a 15-time Emmy Award nominee, winning twice, including the 1995 Emmy for Outstanding Variety, Music or Comedy Series for "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno."

Opening the Evening... Austin-based Americana duo Dawn and Hawkes is fresh off a captivating stint on NBC’s singing competition show “The Voice.”

Their signature harmonies are backed by an indie-folk sound influenced by Americana, country-rock and classic pop in the style of the Beatles.

The duo has opened for acts like Chris Isaak and Patty Griffin.

Bass Performance Hall, known as the crown jewel of downtown Fort Worth, is the city’s premier venue for the performing arts. The 2,056-seat multipurpose Hall is characteristic of the classic European opera house form. Since the Hall opened in 1998, the two 48-foot tall angels that grace the Grand Façade have become preeminent cultural icons of the Dallas-Fort Worth community.

The Hall itself is renowned for its superb acoustics, exceptional sight lines and ambience on level with the great halls of the world.
