Welcome to the Department of Health Management and Policy. We offer exciting programs for management and policy positions in the health sector. We serve the Dallas - Fort Worth metropolitan area and beyond, with state of the art educational opportunities. We also maintain an active agenda of research and service to help stimulate greater public awareness of important issues in the health sector. The health sector is one of the most dynamic parts of the US economy and it is expected to grow rapidly. Our faculty offer multidisciplinary courses that help prepare students for careers in health care delivery and managed care organizations, public agencies, academia, consulting firms and other settings.
